Office for Government Representation in Property Affairs is offering for sale an attractive building in the center of Prague – the U Hybernů Palace

The Czech Economic and Cultural Office in Taipei would like to inform you that the Office for Government Representation in Property Affairs is offering for sale an attractive building in the center of Prague – the U Hybernů Palace, through an electronic auction. Interested parties can participate in the electronic auction, which will take place from 12:00 PM on March 25th to 12:00 PM on March 26th, 2025.
The starting price is CZK 447,000,000.
The U Hybernů Palace is a beautiful historical building located in one of the most prestigious areas of Prague near the Municipal House and the Powder Tower. The palace is named after the Irish Franciscans. In the 19th century it was rebuilt as a customs office for the Austrian Empire and after a major reconstruction in 2006 it became a theater. Today, the Hybernia Theatre is in use presenting musicals, concerts and other theatrical performances.
