Karoq represents a compact SUV which aims mostly at young families. More than 350 journalists from all over the world attended Karoq´s world premiere. The new Škoda model was presented by Bernhard Maier, CEO of Škoda Auto. There are many similarities between Karoq and Sweden: proximity to nature, large space, advance technology and innovation, external design and strong emphasis on family, all these aspects made Stockholm a natural place for Karoq´s world premiere.

Jiří Šitler, Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Sweden and Vítězslav Blažek, Director of Czech Trade Scandinavia were among the guest. Their presence was acknowledged and special thanks also aimed to all employees of Škoda Auto in Mladá Boleslav and Kvasiny for their traditional craftsmanship.
