The stall of the Czech Republic was organised by the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Sofia. For this purpose we received the kind financial support (mostly provided by czech companies in Bulgaria – ČEZ, Energo-Pro, Euratek – Škoda Auto, Koh-i-noor-Hemus, ISS) and also support of many countrymen/country women in Bulgaria supported us by products or help at the stall.

Visitors of our stall could buy traditional czech products, which were bought in Czech Republic and brought to Sofia for the purpose of Bazaar. We offered traditional czech porcelain (company Česká porcelán) or crystal (Bohemia crystal), products with „modrotisk“ (Modrotisk Danzinger), tablecloths (Veba), spirits of company Jelínek (Vinprom Troyan) and for kids products of company KOH-I-NOOR, cakes „Marlenka“, chocolate and christmas chocolate collections (company Orion). Czech Fashion Jewellery from Jablonec had a big success among the visitors.

Visitors could taste typical czech food, which was prepared by us. We had a czech goulash, moravian cakes and other delicacies. The Prague ham was bought in Prague for the purpose of the Bazaar at the Butcher „Cibulka“. Our main goal was to keep the ham at the perfect condition until the day of Bazaar and we did it!

Czech food without czech beer is not the true experience and so we provided two kinds of czech draft beer (Staropramen and Bernard) and also bottles of Budweiser Budvar. All beer at the czech stall was a sponsorship of Bulgarian distributors of czech beer.

As you can see at the pictures, staff of czech stall had the United aprons, which were made from the material „Kanafas“. This material was bought in Prague.

We are very pleased that we contributed for the charity by the amount of 6200 BGN. This amount exceeded the contribution in last year. We would like to thank all colleagues and friends who supported us. The total amount of the bazaar this year is 340 000 BGN.
