Change in insurance for a stay longer than 90 days before issuing a long-term visa or long-term residence permit

Starting on September 20, 2023, applicants for long-term visas or long-term residence permits submit comprehensive health insurance from all insurance companies registered in the Czech Republic (so far only VZP), with the limit for one insured event being increased to 400,000 EUR (so far 60,000 EUR).
