Sale of the Chateau Štiřín

The state is offering for sale the Štiřín Chateau, located just 25 kilometres from Prague. Those interested in the property can take part in an electronic auction, which will start at 12:00 on 22 October and end 24 hours later, on 23 October at 12:00 Czech time. The starting price is CZK 2 500 000 000.
The 18th-century Baroque chateau is for sale including its rich grounds. The country estate boasts 64 hotel rooms, two restaurants, a wine bar, a dining room, several ballrooms (for conferences or cultural events), sports facilities or relaxation services.
