Jan Lipavský, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Czechia, participated in the REsponsible AI in the Military domain (REAIM) Summit 2024, hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of National Defense of the Republic of Korea.
There, Minister Lipavský met with a number of counterparts from other countries and selected heads of defence ministries. In his address to the ministerial panel, he pointed out that coordination and the ability to share expertise among partners are among the essential elements of combating new hybrid threats. "We must work together to address the challenges posed by new technologies. We need principles and international standards and regulations to ensure responsible use," Minister Lipavský appealed in his national address.
