The Broadway is a functionalist building located within the area of the Celetná and Na Příkopě street in Prague’s Old Town. It was constructed in 1938 and comprises of three sections. The building is an example of funcionalist architecture within historical centre of Prague.
Originally the Palace served for the needs of italian insurance companies. Part of the complex used to consist of apartments. In 1980 it was rebuilt for administrative purpose. A theatre is located in the basement.

Auction ends: 16. 9. 2021 (12:00 H)
Tours in Czech and English language are planned in the summer. It is mandatory to register for the tour with the contact person listed below. Current hygiene rules must also be observed during the tour. Mandatory deposit 20 000 000 CZK must be paid by bank transfer to the Auctioneer account by 13. Sep. 2021 12:00 (noon).
