Moravian winemakers in Seoul

Seoul International Wines & Spirits Fair 2016 was held from 21 to 23 April 2016. At this leading international trade fair for the alcoholic drinks, eleven Moravian wineries have participated. The organization of the exhibition was prepared with the support of the Czech Embassy in Seoul, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Wine Fund of the Czech Republic, South Moravian Region and CzechTourism.

From 21 to 23 April, a promising exhibition for alcoholic beverages, Wines & Spirits 2016 was held in Seoul. The Czech booth presented of eleven wineries from Wine Hort, Sonberk Winery, Kolby, Winery Balaz, Volařík Winery, winery Novosedly, Čejkovice Templar Wine Cellars, Winery Ludwig , Bzenec winery, Beautiful Mountain winery and Castle winery Bzenec. The presentation included wine tasting and expert commentary. The event was associated with the promotion of Czech wine tourism.

Czech Ambassador T. Husák accompanied by commercial counselor K. Sulek visitied the Exposition, who acted with our exhibitors to further co-operate and promote of the Czech Wines in the Korean market. Czech Embassy in Seoul has prepared over the past few months, three promotions in support of Czech wine sector. The first commercial supply of Moravian wines for the Korean market will be available to Korean customers in May.
