Minister of Foreign Affairs L. Zaorálek accompanied by business delegation, led by Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce of the Czech Republic B. Minar visited the Republic of Korea from 8^th till 10^th November 2016.

Business delegations were consisting entrepreneurs operating in the engineering industry, energy, pharmaceutical, banking, food processing and tourism. In addition to the business delegation there were representatives from the Ministry of Industry and Trade, CzechInvest and the State Veterinary Administration.

The program of business missions were Czech-Korean Business Forums, meetings with the Korean members of Korea Importers Association and Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Seoul. There was a Czech-Korea business forum held at the Four Seasons Hotel, and a Business Round Table at the KCCI during the delegation's 3 day visit to Korea. Great turn out and interest from the Korean side has been received, shown from the excellent turn out to both of the events.

On the last day of the visit, business delegation has visited Sihwa Tidal Power Plant before the take off to Prague.
