"Banger" is the second feature film of Adam Sedlák, whose first feature-length debut "Domestique" (2018) was invited to the main competition section of the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival and won the Best new Director Award at the Sitges Film Festival. The film features a boy named Alex who seeks to earn some money to record a "banger" in order to become a successful musician but ends up being drawn into the drug trade.
