It was the second event featuring the Czech Republic at the expo, following the puppet performance held on April 30th. To mark the occasion, a brass quintet, including Director of Czech Center Seoul Michal Emanovský, presented a beautiful performance with Czech music. Ambassador Gustav Slamečka also visited the joyous event and delivered his welcoming remarks by saying, "As the sun shines down on the garden, we hope you can immerse yourself in the melodies and rhythms that fill the air."

The expo features an exhibition of botanical art by Pavlína Kourková, a renowned Czech artist of garden plants, until June 21. Please come to Suncheon and have fun with Czech culture in full bloom.
