Štiřín Castle for Sale – 9th Electronic Auction

The state is offering another round of auction for the Štiřín Chateau in Kamenice, located just 25 kilometres from Prague. Those interested in the property can take part in an electronic auction, which will start at 12:00 on 10 December and end 24 hours later, on 11 December at 12:00 Czech time. The starting price is CZK 720 000 000.
Stirin Castle
The 18th–century Baroque chateau is being offered including extensive grounds. The chateau complex offers accommodation in 64 hotel rooms, divided into five buildings. There are also two restaurants, a wine bar, a dining room, several social halls (for congresses or cultural events), facilities for sports and relaxation services. The chateau building also includes a chapel. There is also the Atis House with a wellness centre and a chateau park. The complex is not in use.
The minimum sale price is set at CZK 720 million, with a deposit of CZK 20 million and a minimum bid increment of CZK 50,000.
