Online Czech language course opened

Are you interested in learning a new language that opens doors to culture, travel, and career opportunities? Prague Czech Centres are excited to introduce new online Czech language courses designed specifically for Korean-speaking learners.

Whether you're a beginner curious about Czech or preparing for an certified B1-level exam, these courses offer a structured and engaging way to master the language. The lecturers are native Czech speakers fluent in Korean, with extensive experience teaching Korean students, ensuring a learning experience tailored to your needs.

A. Beginner (A1) Course

Target Level: Beginners with little or no prior knowledge of Czech.
Schedule:
Option 1: Twice a week: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 7:30–9:15 PM (KST) – Faster progress towards A2 level.
Option 2: Once a week: Wednesdays, 7:30–9:15 PM (KST) – More leisurely pace for those who want to be acquainted with the basics of the Czech language.
Format: Online sessions via Zoom and Google Classroom.
Duration: 15 weeks, with two semesters per year.
Class Size: 5–15 people.
Materials: Specially developed textbooks tailored for Korean learners / Basic Czech I.


B. B1 Exam Preparation Course

Target Level: Students aiming for the certified Czech language exam at the B1 level.
Schedule: Twice a week. 1,5 hours of synchronous and 1,5 hours of asynchronous learning; exact weekday/time to be confirmed.
Format: Online sessions via Zoom and Google Classroom, combining synchronous (real-time) and asynchronous learning (students accessing materials at their own pace and interacting with each other).
Duration: 11 weeks (Spring 2025), with two semesters per year.
Class Size: 5–10 people.
Materials: Specially developed tailored material in the format usual for CCE B1.
