On Sale: Chateau Štiřín

The state is offering another round of auction for the Štiřín Chateau, located just 25 kilometres from Prague. Those interested in the property can take part in an electronic auction, which will start at 12:00 pm on 15 April and end 24 hours later, on 16 April at 12:00 pm Czech time. The starting price is CZK 982 600 000.
The 18th century Baroque chateau is for sale, including its extensive grounds. The estate includes 64 hotel rooms, which are divided into five buildings. There are also two restaurants, a wine bar, a dining room, several function rooms (suitable for conferences or cultural events) and facilities for sports and relaxation services. The chateau building also includes a chapel.
If interested, it is possible to join the viewing of the property, which takes place on 2 April 2025 at 2:00 pm and on 10 April 2025 at 2:00 pm. It is mandatory to register in advance for the viewing with the designated contact person.
