115 students of elementary and middle schools in Seoul have the opportunity to become familiar with Czech culture through lectures and various activities. They learned some Czech basis phrases or how to dance a Czech traditional dance Polka, made typical Czech puppet “kašpárek“, tried traditional Moravian costumes on, tasted Czech cuisine etc. Moreover the Deputy Head of the Embassy of the Czech Republic Mr. Petr Svačina introduced them the function of embassies and diplomats’ profession in general. Last of all the winners of the “Czech Promotion Poster Painting Contest” were announced. All winners will be invited by the Czech Ambassador to his residence where they will receive their diplomas. We spent a very amusing day!
