Czech Embassy Signs the Partnership with George Mason University Korea

On the 10th November 2020, Czech ambassador Gustav Slamecka visited the George Mason University Korea and signed the Terms of Mutual Cooperation with the university together with its Dean Dr. Robert Matz.
On this occasion, Ambassador Slamecka discussed possible future cooperation with George Mason University Korea including scholarship opportunities for Czech students hoping to study at the university based in Incheon City, and was also given a campus tour joined by the university's representatives and students.
The university is named after its founder, George Mason, who drafted the Virginia Declaration of Rights which is one of the first declarations anchoring fundamental human rights.
