Europe Day 2023

May 9 is "Europe Day," a celebration of the birth of the European Union (EU). This year is even more special for the EU and Korea, as it marks the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the bilateral relation.
Celebrating the milestone, EU member states gathered at Samcheonggak, a traditional Korean-style banquet hall, to hold a 'Europe Day' event. The event featured a variety of booths from EU member states promoting their cultures. The Czech booth featured Marlenka's walnut honey cake and Becherovka, an herbal liquor with spring water from Czechia's Karlovy Vary region.
