This Tuesday the Embassy of Czechia in Seoul will be closed due to celebration of Czech Statehood day, also known as St. Wenceslas day. Czech Statehood Day commemorates the assassination of Duke Vaclav Wenceslas of Bohemia. Wenceslas is best known for having spread Christianity throughout the nation and he also played big role in building the Cathedral of St. Vit. Saint Wenceslas is the patron saint of Bohemia and Czech lands.
