Dear Mr. President,

It is with deep sadness in my heart that I received the news of the tragedy during Saturday's Halloween celebrations in the capital of Seoul, which claimed more than one hundred and fifty lives.

At this moving moment, allow me to express my deepest condolences on behalf of the Czech citizens and on behalf of myself to you and the families of the victims and wish all the injured a speedy recovery.
