The delegation visited the Smart City Exhibition Hall and the Transport Operation & Information Service (TOPIS) Center located inside the city hall. The delegation observed that Seoul connects every infrastructure with modern technology, and the city collects huge amounts of data, including security, noise, and lighting intensity, to enable quick responses to emergencies.

After the tour, Deputy Prime Minister Bartoš had a meeting with Seoul Vice Mayor Kim Eui Seung and shared opinions on smart city plans. They talked about inter-city cooperation for smart cities and had an in-depth discussion about the "Seoul 2040 Comprehensive Plan."
