SUBMISSION
 

Applicants submit their applications in person at the embassy. The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Riyadh is authorised to accept applications lodged by citizens of countries within its territorial jurisdiction —Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, and Yemen; as well as by foreign nationals who hold a long‑term or permanent residence permit in one of the above‑mentioned countries and have resided there continuously for at least two years before submission. The list of foreign nationals who are by law exempt from this condition is provided here.

APPOINTMENT
 

Appointments are arranged by email. They are scheduled on an ongoing basis, according to the order of requests and the purpose of stay.

For registration, please send an email to riyadh.consulate@mzv.gov.cz and state the following information:

• - first name and surname
• - passport number
• - type of requested visa / permit (long‑term visa / long‑term residence / permanent residence) and purpose of stay
• - telephone contact number

Notice:

The Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic decided on the applications in 60–90 days, depending on the type of residence permit and the purpose of stay. It is highly recommended that applicants submit their applications as early as possible, in view of the stated duration of the processing period as well as due to the seasonal nature of certain types of applications (especially applications for the purpose of study) that often leads to a shortage of available appointment slots, particularly during summer months.
