This option applies to groups of a minimum of 10 applicants traveling together on the same itinerary.

Required conditions:

• - A tour operator voucher or an official organizer’s letter covering the entire group must be provided.
• - All flight and accommodation bookings must be fully confirmed for all group members. Full itinerary must be provided.
• - Each applicant must submit a complete individual visa application file, and all supporting documents must comply with the applicable visa checklist requirements.

Interested organizers and tour operators are requested to contact the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Riyadh by email riyadh.consulate@mzv.gov.cz to arrange the submission process. The request email should have the following form:

• - Kindly state “Organized Group Submission Request” at the subject of your email.
• - In the body of your email state the name and seat of your company and details of a contact person.
• - Include a complete list of applicants and travel arrangement details.
