Before sending the works that will represent Latvia in the finals in the Czech Republic, Ambassador J. Hynková presented honorable mentions - the Sympathy Award of the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Latvia - to fifteen authors. However, due to the epidemic situation the handover had to take place virtually. The event took place thematically at the Railway Museum in Riga, where an almost one-hour film was made with representatives of the National Center for Educational Content (VISC), the Embassy of Riga, the Department of Education, Culture and Sports of the Riga City Council and the Center for Hobby Education in Riga (RIIMC ). The film will be open to all participants.
