Insufficiently identified owners in the real estate cadastre of the Czech Republic - the deadline for asserting the claims of owners or their heirs is 31 December 2023

We would like to notify Czech citizens residing abroad or individuals with Czech heritage that, if they possess land in the Czech Republic, it is imperative to register their ownership or ensure the correctness and completeness of the owner's information by the end of 2023. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of these properties to the state.
The list of properties with insufficiently identified owner is published here. If case you find your name on it, please contact us at podatelna@uzsvm.cz. Please attach to your request the closest possible specification of the property and, if applicable, the person who owns it.
