Meeting of the Head of the Czech Embassy with investment partner of Rockaway Capital and with the owner and CEO of Kosovar company Gjirafa

Head of the Czech Embassy in Pristina Mr. Pavel Bílek, met with Mr. Dušan Zábrodský, investment partner of Rockaway Capital and with the owner and CEO of Kosovar company Gjirafa Mr. Mergi Cahani. Gjirafa is an information, media and sales portal in Albanian language. As the fastest growing online platform in the region, it focuses on Kosovo, Albania and Macedonia. The meeting took place shortly after the Czech investment giant Rockaway Capital announced that it had successfully completed another 6 million Euro investment in Gjirafa. Rockaway Capital has already invested nearly 7,5 million Euro in Gjirafa. The Gjirafa Portal registers nearly 3 million visits a day.
Rockaway Capital and Gjirafa officials have informed the Head of Mission about the intentions of investment that will enable not only double the successful team, but in particular expand the range of current products and introduce additional e-services that are not yet available in the region.
