Project is to be financed from the Czech Development Cooperation Fund. As a part of the project, within three upcoming years a waste water treatment plant will be constructed and put into operation at the Badovac Lake, which is the main source of drinking water for City of Gračanica, and one of the main accessible resources of drinking water for the Capital Pristina. Waste water treatment plant will fully exploit unique Czech technology. Already two similar Czech waste water treatment plants are operating in Kosovo – first one close to village Harilaçi, also funded within the Czech Development Cooperation, and the second one in the newly built Palace of Justice in the suburb of Pristina.
