Transfer of Authority of the NATO Advisory and Liaison Team in Kosovo

On June 28, 2019, a ceremony was held in Pristina during which General Uwe Becker handed over the command of the NATO Advisory and Liaison Team in Kosovo (NALT) to his successor General Michael Oberneyer. NALT´s mission is to support further developments of the security organisations in Kosovo and to include the provision of advice and support with a focus on capacity-building, education and training coordination.
