
The Jan Deyl Conservatory and Secondary School renews cooperation with the Xheladin Deda School for the Blind in Peja

From October 14 to 18, 2024, two Czech experts of the Jan Deyl Conservatory and Secondary School visited Kosovo. The visit took place within the framework of projects aimed at fulfilling the 2030 Agenda. The main goal of the project was to renew contacts with the Xheladin Deda School for the Blind and to share Czech know-how in the field of educating children with disabilities with Kosovo partners.
As part of the projects of the MFA of the Czech Republic aimed at fulfilling the Agenda 2030, the project "Sharing Czech know-how in the field of education of the bilnd and visually impaired" was implemented in Kosovo on October 14 -18, 2024. On the mentioned days, two experts of the Jan Deyl Conservatory and Secondary School from Prague Ms. Stanislava Lustyková, the Director of the School, and Ms. Michaela Černá, visited Kosovo. Both Czech experts participated in a series of meetings with Kosovo partners from state institutions and the non-governmental sector. For several days they also shared their experiences with colleagues at the Xheladin Deda School for blind in Peja. As a result of the project, it was possible to restart the cooperation between the two schools and to establish new connections, thanks to which the Kosovar partners can learn from Czech know-how in the field of educating children with disabilities.
