On September 9, 2024, Ambassador Bohumil Mazanek received in a courtesy meeting the new EU Ambassador to Kosovo Aivo Orav.

Ambassador Mazánek wished to Mr. Orav a successful mission in Pristina, expressing interest in further cooperation with Kosovo and other countries of the Western Balkans. 

On September 1, 2024, Ambassador Aivo Orav replaced Czech Ambassador Tomaš Szunyog, who finished his mission as Ambassador of the EU Office in Kosovo.
