Major Jan Novotný and his wife Tereza  Novotná were the main organizers of this initiative.  The charity collection which took place in Czechia from April to mid June 2016 gathered three tons of children’s clothes, children’s shoes, various toys, hygiene articles and school and sport equipment. A fund-raising event took place at the KFOR camp in Pristina as well. Material and financial donations were handed over to the NGOs Lighthouse in Mitrovica and SOS Kosova in Pristina in July 2016 in cooperation with the Czech Embassy which provided patronage to the charity initiative.
