A Minute of Silence for Czech Fallen Soldiers

On June 30, 2016 a commemorative ceremony was held close to the village Šajkovac to pay homage to Staff Sergeant Luděk Severa and Master Sergeant Vlastislav Hendrich – two Czech soldiers who lost their lives in a tragic accident in 2002 while fulfilling their duty in KFOR mission, Kosovo. Representatives of the Czech Embassy and the Czech military unit in KFOR layed wreaths at the memorial and held a minute of silence to honor the Czech fallen soldiers.
