The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Pretoria is looking for a Czech or South African candidate for the position of an administrative employee.
Your responsibilities will be primarily centered around providing administrative support for the head of the mission.
Place of employment: The Embassy of the Czech Republic, Pretoria, South Africa
Your responsibilities would include:
- Dealing with correspondence according to valid procedures,
- The coordination of secretary based and administrative tasks,
- Coordinating organizational and informational tasks within the competences of the Embassy,
- Communication and correspondence with organizations (DIRCO, suppliers, other diplomatic missions), producing annotated notes from meetings at the embassy and elsewhere,
- Other tasks as per the instructions of the head of mission,
We Require:
- At least a high school diploma, or vocational degrees with a focus on economic or trade sectors;
- Experience with the Microsoft office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.);
- Previous experience from a similar position;
- An active and positive attitude towards your work and responsibilities;
- No previous criminal record;
- Czech citizenship and knowledge of the Czech language will be an asset.
