Czech Governmental Scholarships for Academic Year 2027/2028 applications open on 21st August

The Government of the Czech Republic offers scholarships within the framework of its Foreign Development Cooperation in support of the study of Cambodian students at public institutions of higher education in Czechia. The registration for the academic year 2027/2028 opens on Friday 21st August and lasts until Wednesday 30th September 2026.
The Embassy of the Czech Republic in the Kingdom of Cambodia is pleased to launch its annual call for applications for the Governmental scholarships provided by the Czech Government. Applicants can choose from various study fields that are being taught at Czech Universities.
In 2019, the Government of the Czech Republic approved its new Strategy for Granting Governmental Scholarships for Students from Developing Countries. In accordance with this Strategy, 21 scholarships in English language are offered to Cambodian students for the academic year 2027/2028.

Fields of study: agriculture, forestry, environmental sciences, engineering, mathematics and statistics, computer science and cyber security, economics and finance, biomedical engineering.
The submission of applications for the academic year 2027/2028 will be open from 21st August until 30th September 2026.
