Throughout the morning session, which was opened with opening remarks by EU Ambassador Igor Driesmans, insightful discussions were held on topics ranging from climate action to eco-friendly practices. The event featured panelists who shared valuable perspectives on creating a greener and more sustainable future. Young content creators also played a significant role, making the event interactive and informative.

At our booth, the Czech Embassy showcased several projects supported by Czech Development Cooperation. Highlights included the Early Warning System and the Streamlining Aquaculture in Cambodia’s Vocational Education project, implemented by People in Need Cambodia. We also presented our collaboration with the Royal University of Agriculture Cambodia on developing a program focused on Sustainable Forestry and Fishery, supported by Czech universities and relevant study opportunities for Cambodian students. The Europe Day celebration was a vibrant display of commitment to a greener planet.
