Meeting between Ambassador V. Grepl and Air Force Commander Soeung Samnang

As part of a mission to Phnom Penh, on 22nd October 2015 Ambassador V. Grepl met with the Royal Cambodian Air Force commander General Soeung Samnang. The aim of the meeting was to obtain detailed information on the training aircraft L-39 Albatros produced in the Czech Republic and owned by the Royal Cambodian Air Force and the future plans of Cambodia in the field of military aviation.
