Concert of Miroslav Ambroš and Zuzana Ambrošová in Oslo

On Thursday October 1, 2015 the Embassy of the Czech Republic organized for the third time a traditional concert of classical music in the National Library of Norway in Oslo.  The concert was performed by the Czech violinist Miroslav Ambroš and the Czech pianist Zuzana Ambrošová interpreting compositions of the Czech composers Antonín Dvořák and Josef Suk and of the Norwegian composer Trygve Madsen.

The Norwegian composer Trygve Madsen personally attended the concert. The concert was once again supported by the Norwegian Society of Composers and by the Musikk-Husets Forlag, publishing house representing Trygve Madsen.

The concert hall in the National Library of Norway was completely full. The diplomatic corps, representatives of the Royal Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs as well as Czech compatriots, foreigners living in Norway and the Norwegian public participated in the concert.

The professional level of the concert of Miroslav Ambroš and Zuzana Ambrošová was appreciated by many visitors. The Embassy of the Czech Republic thus successfully followed up on the previous concerts supporting the cooperation between artists from the Czech Republic and Norway.
