Czech Food Festival

Czech food festival is being held from November 4th to November 7th, 2015 in Hotel Sheraton Saket, New Delhi. The food will be prepared by Mr Rene Mihule, the Czech chef cook from the Radost FX Restaurant in Prague.

Wednesday November 4th, 2015  at 7 pm:
Official Opening at 7 pm with a presence of the Czech Ambassador H.E. Mr. Milan Hovorka

Thursday November 05, 2015 from 7.30 to 9.30 pm:
Starter: Potato pancake
Main course No. 1.: Frydlant pork goulash with dumplings
Main course No. 2: Pork Schnitzel with boiled potatoes, gherkins
Dessert: Apple Strudel

Friday, November 06, 2015 from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm:
Starter No. 1:  Pork meatloaf wíth mustard and bread
Starter No. 2  Chicken meatloaf with mustard and bread
Main Course No. 1: Steamed paprika chicken with rice
Main Course No. 2: Pork with dumplings and sauerkraft
Dessert: Puff pastry curd turnovers.

Saturday, November 07, 2015 from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm:
Starter: Red cabbagge and capot salad
Main Couse No. 1:  Fried cauliflower with mashed potatoes and tartar sauce
Main Course No. 3: Roasted leg of lamb with spinach and potato dumplings
Dessert:  Puff pastry strawberry jam turnovers
