In the year 2017, CMS VATAVARAN will be celebrating its 9th edition of the competitive International Film Festival and Forum in New Delhi from November 2-6, 2017.

The 9th edition will focus on Climate Change and Water under the theme “Conservation 4 Water”.

The ‘call for entries’ for this edition is now open to Indian and International Filmmakers ( Professional, Amateur & Students).

There are 13 Award Categories ~ 22 Awards | Award Money: Rs.50,000 – 1,50,000

Early Bird Submission is Free: July 28, 2016 (World Nature Conservation Day)
Final Deadline: March 22, 2017 (World Water Day)

All the films will be evaluated on the basis of their ability to communicate the theme through compelling storytelling. The selection process includes a Peer Review, Nomination Jury and Award Jury.
