NOTICE: Registration for submitting applications for employee cards outside the Economic Migration Programs for the third quarter of 2026

NOTICE: On May 13, 2026, registration will take place for receiving applications for employee cards outside of the Economic Migration Programs for the third quarter of 2026.

The previous method of personal registration has been replaced by email registration with the involvement of a system based on a random element in the case that demand for appointments exceeds the government quota. Registration emails must be sent to manila.employment@mzv.gov.cz between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Philippine time on May 13, 2026.

How to proceed correctly with the email registration

  1. Send a registration email to the following email address: manila.employment@mzv.gov.cz on the above-mentioned date at the above-mentioned time.* The registration email must be addressed directly to the specified email address intended for ordering (i.e. the given email address must not be included only in the copy of the sent email).
  2. Indicate your passport number in the email subject line.
  3. In the text of the email, please state: your full name (as stated in your travel document) and the type of residence permit you are applying for – in this case, an "employee card."
  4. Attach the following documents to the e-mail (in pdf format): a scan of the passport data page, a scan of the proof of purpose – in this case work contract, and a scan of the valid residence permit (in the case of third-country nationals).
  5. Applicants who are not citizens of the countries belonging to the territorial jurisdiction of the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Manila must also attach proof that they have been permitted to reside in the country within the territorial jurisdiction of the Embassy for at least the two years preceding the application. If residence cannot be proven, the applicant must submit the application in their home country.
  6. 1 applicant = 1 e-mail. Submit only one email per applicant. Only one applicant can be submitted in each email. Due to the strong anti-spam protection used by the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs, we recommend sending the registration email for each applicant from a different email address.
  7. Your e-mail will be processed electronically by a system based on a randomized element.
  8. The following emails will be disqualified from the registration process:
    • emails that are not sent in the format specified in point 1-3,
    • emails that do not include the attachments referred to in point 4,
    • emails in which the applicant attempts to register multiple applicants in one submission** -
    • emails that are sent multiple times by one applicant,
    • emails sent outside the specified registration period,
    • emails with attachments larger than 10 MB.
  9. Wait for the confirmation. The Embassy will inform you within 7 days whether or not a submission date has been assigned.
  10. If you do not receive confirmation of an assigned appointment within 7 days, it implies that your registration for an appointment was either unsuccessful or was not sent in accordance with the terms and conditions of the registration process.
  11. The assigned date cannot be changed. If you fail to show up for your appointment, the assigned date becomes invalid. If you arrive late without prior apology, your appointment will also be cancelled - in such a case, the Embassy will proceed with other applicants who arrived on time.

Number of applications accepted for a given period: 25

*The email addresses provided are for employee cards application appointments only. They are not intended for general communication or answering inquiries.

**Applicants acknowledge that the email domain mzv.gov.cz is protected by advanced cybersecurity systems. Therefore, emails that are identified as spam (in the case of a larger number of emails sent from one email box) or potentially malicious, show signs of automated bulk sending, come from IP addresses or domains included in security lists or do not correspond to the specified domain security parameters or exceed them may be excluded from registration. The use of automated tools, bots, scripts or other software for bulk sending of registration emails will be assessed as a cyber threat, such emails will be excluded from registration.

Most common mistakes/FAQ:

  1. Include only your passport number in the subject line. No other characters are permitted (e.g., Re.:, Fwd:, etc.).
  2. Email registration will take place on the above-mentioned date. Emails received at manila.employment@mzv.gov.cz before or after the designated registration period will be disregarded and excluded from the registration process. The time of delivery of the email to the mailbox is determining.
  3. Due to the cybersecurity measures of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, we recommend sending your email during the first hours of the registration period, rather than at the end. We also recommend not sending multiple emails from one email account.
  4. Each applicant may send only one email. If multiple emails are sent on behalf of the same applicant within the given deadline, the applicant will be automatically excluded from the registration, even if the emails are sent from different email addresses.
  5. Email applications must include copies of the following documents in PDF format only:
    • A scanned copy of the data page of the applicant’s travel document
    • A scan of the employment contract
  6. Citizens of countries other than Philippines may only participate in the registration if they have been residing in the Philippines for more than two (2) years on the basis of a long-term residence permit. A scan of this residence permit must be included in PDF format in the registration email together with the other required attachments.
  7. Registration emails that are not sent to the designated email address directly, but only in copy (CC), will be excluded from registration.
  8. Registration emails where the sender has activated a restriction preventing replies (such as disabling receipt of confirmation replies) will be excluded from the registration process.
