The order will not be accepted in the following cases:

- The applicant fails to attach both required attachments, or the attachments are in a format other than pdf
- The applicant saves the attachments to cloud storage and only includes links to them in the email
- The information in the email text differs from the information in the attachments
The order is for more than one applicant (exception - minor children applying at the same time as their legal representative - see below)
Appointments are assigned in strict chronological order of receipt of orders in the email inbox manila.visa@mzv.gov.cz
Neither the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic nor the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Manila interferes in any way with the order of applicants. Neither the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic nor the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Manila will respond to requests for a change of appointment for the submission of an application for a residence permit. If the applicant fails to show up on the specified date, they must request a new appointment in the standard manner described above.
The rule is one email = one applicant; orders for multiple people in a single email are also not accepted.
An exception is when an applicant and their minor child/children apply for a residence permit at the same time (only for family/family reunification purposes). In this case, the applicant will send one email, stating the required information about themselves and their minor child/children in the text, and will attach a copy of the data page of their travel document and that of their child/children, and copies of the documents proving the purpose of stay for both the applicant and their child/children. If the child is entered in the applicant's travel document, this must be stated in the text of the email and a copy of the page in the applicant's passport containing information about their child/children must be attached. In these cases, it is not necessary to indicate another purpose of stay for such minors in the email header.
Rules of local jurisdiction
Please note that applicants are required to respect the rules of local jurisdiction when registering, as determined by the territorial districts of the diplomatic missions for the purpose of submitting applications for residence permits
