Members of the delegation included importers of Czech agricultural equipment and machinery and local farmers. A journalist was also part of the delegation.

The demanding program started with a visit to the firm Zetor Tractors a.s followed by visits to the firms Euro Bagging s.r.o , P + L s.r.o. in Velké Meziřicí, Moreau Agri Vysočina splo.sr.o, (represantatives of the firm ZDT Nové Veselí also attended the meeting, since the delegation was not able to visit the firm due to logistical reasons) and last but not least also the firm , Firma Farmet a.s. in Česká Skalice. The farmers then visited a number of  cattle  breeding farms and the Breeding cooperative Impuls, which is already doing business in Zambia. The delegation also met with the Minister of Agriculture, Mr. Marian Jurečka.

During the course of discussions issues concerning the import of Czech equipment and machinery into Zambia were also tackled.
