Borut Pahor and Josip Plečnik conferred an eminent awards from the President of the Czech Republic

On the occasion of the 99th anniversary of the foundation of the independent state of Czechoslovakia held at the Prague Castle  on 28th October 2017 the Slovenian president, Mr. Borut Pahor, was granted a  country’s highest state award the Order of the White Lion. In the same time the president of the Czech Republic, Mr. Milos Zeman, posthumously awarded the Slovenian architect Mr. Josip Plečnik , who  significantly influenced the contemporary look of the Prague Castle, with the Tomas Garrigue Masaryk Order.
