Due to the this decision all already granted Schengen visa previously mentioned decision all granted Schengen visas are fully valid with their given validity. 
 

For all direct journeys from the Sate of Kuwait to the Czech Republic, only so called „location form“ (https://plf.uzis.cz/) is required as well as there is no quarantine required by the Czech Respective authorities
