H. E. Juraj Chmiel presented his Credentials to the Amir of the State of Kuwait

On October 9, 2024, H. E. Mr Juraj Chmiel, the Ambassador of the Czech Republic,had the honor to present his Credentials to His Highness the Amir of the State of Kuwait Sheich Meshal Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. They discussed the further deepening and develpment of bilateral relations, which have a long tradition starting with an independence of the State of Kuwait in 1961, including e.g. the help of the Czechoslovak armed forces during the liberation of Kuwait in 1991 (operation Desert Storm).
