
Czech Culinary Experience in Kuala Lumpur

The Embassy of the Czech Republic organized the "Czech Culinary Experience" on 7th – 15th April 2018 in cooperation with the The Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur. The Czech specialities were brought to Malaysia by Guest Chef Pavel Sapík - an award-winning Chef of the fine-dining „The Golden Well“ restaurant in Prague. The Czech cuisine was presented through a five course dinner served at The Library of The Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur.
The Czech gastronomy presentation by Pavel Sapík, one of the most respected Czech Chefs, whose restaurant is regularly rewarded as one of the best restaurants in Prague, aimed to introduce Czech cuisine as a part of raising awareness of the Czech Republic and its attractiveness in Malaysia.
The Embassy brought this presentation to Malaysia as one of the events commemorating the 100th anniversary since the foundation of Czechoslovakia.
