Minister of Foreign Affairs Macinka to Attend OECD Ministerial Council Meeting

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Petr Macinka will attend the Ministerial Council Meeting of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in Paris on 3–4 June 2026.
This year’s OECD Ministerial Council Meeting will focus on industrial policies in the context of open markets, economic growth, and prosperity, with a particular emphasis on competitiveness, technological innovation, and economic security. The Czech Foreign Minister will also take part in discussions on the organisation’s future priorities, including preparations for the Programme of Work and Budget for 2027–2030.
On the sidelines of the meeting, Minister Macinka will meet with OECD Secretary-General Mathias Cormann and Israel’s Minister of Economy and Industry, Nir Barkat.
