On Wednesday, 5 February, Minister Jan Lipavský will leave for a working trip to Washington D.C.
On Wednesday, 5 February, Minister Jan Lipavský will leave for a working trip to Washington D.C.
During the three-day trip, he will hold talks with representatives of the new administration and Congress. A key item on the agenda will also be the meeting with representatives of American technology companies on the topic of AI chip exports.
On Thursday, 6 February, the Czech diplomatic chief will attend the GLOBSEC Transatlantic Forum, one of the first conferences on this topic after the inauguration of the new president. The forum will be a good opportunity to discuss common challenges with representatives of both Republican and Democratic parties and to set the future course of transatlantic cooperation.
