Czech Ambassadors to Meet for Annual Meeting in Prague

The periodic meeting of the heads of Czech embassies abroad will take place from 26 to 30 August 2024 at the Czernin Palace. The meeting will be opened by Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala and Czech Foreign Minister Jan Lipavský.
Representatives of the Czech diplomacy and invited guests will discuss a range of foreign policy, security, consular, EU and economic issues.
Information for the media to attend the opening speeches
- Speeches in the morning session from 9 am-1 pm (Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Minister of Industry and Trade, Minister of Science, Research and Innovation and Minister of Transport) will be open to the media.
- Starting at 9:00. Arrival of journalists on Monday 26 August 2024 no later than 8:30 am.
- Media access to the opening of the briefing only with prior written accreditation (in the format of name, editorial office, position, telephone), sent no later than Thursday 22 August by 1pm to: aneta.kovarova@mzv.gov.cz.
Appropriate attire is a condition of attendance.
