Statement on the so-called “Parliamentary elections” held in Georgia’s Abkhazia Region

The so-called Parliamentary elections were held in Abkhazia on 12 March, 2022. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic does not recognize the legitimacy of the so-called "parliamentary elections" in Abkhazia, the electoral process, results and “elected” officials.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic reiterates its full support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Georgia.
