MFA Statement on the Democratic Republique of the Congo

The Czech Republic welcomes the inauguration of Felix Tshisekedi as the President of the Democratic Republic of  the Congo, which represents the first peaceful transfer of power between heads of State in the country´s history. The Czech Republic is ready to further develop mutual relations with the new government of the Democratic Republic of the Congo in the benefit of our two nations.
